Hello!

I’m lydia, and I’m always taking pictures.

On bike rides, at dinner with friends, on my way to coffee.

In your homes, at your elopement, on a walk with your family, at your events, while you hold hands at your local park.

For half my life, I’ve worked as a part-time photographer. I photographed my first wedding at 16 and paid my way through college shooting weddings, portraits, and events. Today I’m a recovering MBA who spends my days as a Product Manager while creativity-maxxing on my nights and weekends.

Outside of work, I like laughing with my fiancé Willard, riding bikes (preferably gravel) to a snack somewhere scenic, beebopping through my beautiful San Francisco, and hosting cozy dinner parties for my besties.

My approach

Photography is how I interpret the world and will always be more than a hobby; it is my craft.

Why does this matter for you?

First, my availability is limited! I only take on projects that are interesting, creative, and soul-filling. Time is so precious: this craft matters to me and I invest in it, but I only do the work that makes sense for both of us :)

Second, I run this business and your photography experience like a PM. I’ll give you a roadmap, work with you to craft a vision, give care to the details, and deliver you a beautiful product.

Your photographs, however, have a different shelf life to the product I ship in my day job. These are artifacts that shape your memories, that mark a moment. They bring your brand to life or capture a milestone in yours. That’s a responsibility and an honor - I love being part of this.

tldr; i’m glad you’re here.

I’d love to work with you! Fill out my inquiry form with more information about your vision, and we’ll get started.

If you’re not bored yet, I keep a photography journal on Substack and share my latest work on Instagram
