D.C. Ferguson Decision || November 24, 2014

Tonight, I tried to do homework for a while after friends and I found out about the Ferguson decision. On my way home from the library, however, I grabbed my camera and headed to the White House. There, at around 11 pm, a large crowd was already gathered, discussing and protesting what had just occurred.

The majority of that group and plus many more went on to march through the DC streets, past the National Portrait Gallery and Chinatown to the Capitol, finally ending at the Supreme Court. I stayed with them.

"Hands up; don't shoot!" "We are all Mike Brown"

"No justice, no peace"  "Black lives matter."

This is not a political statement.

This is what I saw tonight.

The last couple images were taken on my iPhone.
